The Allenbury’s Feeder

Description
The Allenbury’s Feeder was introduced in the 1890’s, in a time when there was a growing awareness of the importance of infant nutrition and hygiene. Designed to hold milk or formula. The bottle had a graduated scale marked on it, allowing caregivers to measure the amount of milk being fed.
This example is missing the rubber nipple unfortunately, but the glass feeder is in pristine condition. No chips, dings, cracks or marks at all. It comes complete with original instructions and original box. Given the age of this, we’re shocked to see the lid in such excellent condition, with only one corner having a tear. Usually, these lids get crushed as the box is only made from thin cardboard.
