Third Reich Period HJ Drum & Drumsticks.

This is an HJ marching drum, an iconic piece used by members of the Hitlerjugend during the Third Reich period. These drums played a vital role in parades, marches, and rallies, serving both musical and propaganda purposes.

What makes this example particularly desirable is its original red and white paint-work, A hall mark of HJ drums. It retains its original metal hanger and tension rods, all in working condition. Both drum skins are original, however, one has a rip (see photos). While this can be replaced, we prefer to offer items in their original , as found condition.

The drum sticks are period-correct for this drum and feature square brass hilts for manual tension adjustments. They also come with their original leather stick holder, which is a great accessory and hard to find.

This is a very interesting piece of German militaria, particularly those focused on Hitler Youth collecting.
