WW2 German K98 Bayonet

Description
A superb condition K.98 bayonet with over 90% of the bluing still present. The dark brown Bakelite grips are in mint condition. The blade is unsharpened and in mint condition with full blueing. Maker; Carl Eickhorn. Blade is dated 38 on the spine. Scabbard is also in superb condition and dated 1938 with maker mark Carl Eickhorn.
Waffen amt stamped to the lower ball of the scabbard. Also to the sprung rifle retaining button and to the hilt of the handle as well.
Numbers to the scabbard and dagger are mismatched but are dated and maker marked the same. The blade and scabbard have a snug fit. Overall, an excellent condition example of a K.98 bayonet.
