  • The leather on this WW2 German hanger is still supple and in good condition with a stippled effect that we see with pig skin leather. The German clip is the heavy duty type that we often see with these sword hangers. A very nice hanger.

  • After the annexation of Czechoslovakia large quantities of weapons including bayonets, belt frogs and their means of production became available to the German Reich.

These Frogs are fairly rare and mostly found on K98 Bayonets. This one is particularly interesting as it is dated 1937 and unit marked. The leather certainly shows age and wear, but it is still strong and would make a good accessory to a bayonet.

  • WW2 German Sword Hanger

    £50.00 SKU: 0072M

The leather on this WW2 German hanger is still supple and in good condition with a stippled effect that we see with pig skin leather. The German clip is the heavy duty type that we often see with these sword hangers. A very nice hanger.

  • WW2 German K98 Frog

    £90.00 SKU: 0073M

This WW2 German frog has all its stitching and rivets intact and is maker marked to the back, which reads GEBR PRESSEN PLAUEN. The leather is supple and in very good condition.

  • The wooden grips on this WW1 German 84/98 sawback bayonet are in very good condition, showing no signs of damage and held in place with two screw bolts. The metal crossguard, flashguard and hilt do show pitting, but the flash guard is undented and the rifle retaining button is in good working order.

The metal scabbard is the correct type and you can clearly see by the condition it has always lived with the bayonet. There are four dents to the scabbard, two to the front and two to the back but this hasn’t effected the way the bayonet fits the scabbard. The scabbard does show pitting, more so to the rear than the front.

The blade shows some light pitting on the ricasso but the rest of the blade is nice and bright with the sawback teeth still being very sharp. The maker is ERFURT and dated 1915 on the spine of the blade with a W under a crown.

  • WW1 German Trench Knife

    £225.00 SKU: 0068M

This close combat knife was a standard commercial hunting knife that found its way into the trenches along side hundreds of other similar pattern knives. This is an interesting example with a carved wooden grip, made to resemble a stag horn style grip, with a metal pommel cap, ferrule and “S” shaped cross guard. Good condition blade forming into a nice point with the making reading ED. WUSTOF SOLINGEN.

The metal scabbard is undented and straight with the leather being intact but unfortunately missing the popper stud. Some collectors choose to have this repaired.

Overall a very decent trench knife.

  • WW2 ARP Silver Lapel Badge

    £50.00 SKU: 0067M

After successfully passing the ARP training, new wardens were presented with a silver ARP lapel badge. The blue box indicates it is for men and comes with a half moon button hole fitting. Ladies lapel badges came in a red box and had a pin fitting.

This example is in excellent condition and is complete with its original lapel bag in the box.

  • WW2 ARP Silver Lapel Badge

    £45.00 SKU: 0066M
